Mechanical Design
Structural design of welding fixtures, mold design, assembly line tooling and gauges. We can complete mechanical design of welding fixtures, handling grippers, hemming dies, precision positioning stations, assembly pallets, logistics carts, molds, single-part gauges and assembly gauges.
Robot Simulation & Verification
Using PD/PS and DELMIA simulation software to determine robot specifications (reach, payload), confirm optimal robot layout (position, height), welding gun selection, fixture and in-line equipment layout, verify robot reachability, analyze interference zones, and output offline programs and technical documentation.
Electrical Design & Debugging
Complete electrical solution planning, electrical schematic design, electrical installation guidance, PLC programming and debugging for welding electrical systems.
